Fit 150 : The Next Evolution in Health and Fitness Fit 150, founded by Dr. Zhang, DAOM, Ph D., is a unique, easy system of exercise, meditation, and qi gong with one goal: to create a robust longevity. That is to add years to your life and life to your years by addressing the health of the whole body including all of the areas you would expect (like cardio) and some you wouldn’t (like vision or sexual health).
