 You can reach us at the clinic at 503 828 3050. We are a small team and apologize that we are often with patients during business hours so we rely on the voicemail to get back to you in between patients. We strive to return your calls promptly. 

Our office assistant Katrina is at the front desk to take your calls from 9:30 to 1:00 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Directions to The Outer Southeast Portland Location

The office is conveniently located in outer Southeast Portland just off the 205. The building is on the north side of Division Street and you can park and enter from the front of the building.

Use the RIGHT SIDE set of front doors. I'm at the top of the steps on the right.
